Fields to fill in

Often the base URL wss://ocpp.naudo.be/ocpp (Zaptec may append the serial). If a full per-charger URL field exists, paste the Naudo URL with the Identity.

Naudo URL format : wss://ocpp.naudo.be/ocpp/{identity}
If the brand screen asks for a protocol, choose OCPP 1.6 (JSON / WebSocket).
Steps
- Sign in to the Zaptec Portal and open your Installation.
- Settings → Authentication.
- Authentication type: OCPP 1.6J authentication (not Zaptec Authentication).
- Enter the URL and credentials (information provided by Naudo). OCPP 1.6J must be enabled for your account — otherwise ask Zaptec or your installer.
- Save. Wait for the OCPP connection status in Zaptec, then online confirmation at Naudo.
Note
The Naudo Identity must match what Zaptec sends (often the serial number). Align with Naudo before pasting.
How you know it worked
- You save or reboot the charger in the brand tool.
- The charger connects to Naudo (often within a few minutes).
- Naudo confirms the charger is online, or you see it after a Start / Stop test on a booking.
Easee, Tesla Wall Connector Gen 3, Ohme and Schneider EVlink Home: no owner CSMS URL to paste as below — those chargers stay outside this procedure (manual mode or another path).
