This guide shows where to paste, in your brand’s portal or tool, the three values Naudo sends you. Nothing to configure in the Naudo app.
Where to configure
Commissioning interface (local web browser) and/or EcoStruxure EV Charging Expert. Supervision / OCPP tab.
Fields to fill in
Supervision URL
Naudo URL as wss://… (not http://)
information provided by Naudo
Charging station ID / Box identity
information provided by Naudo
Authorization key / password
information provided by Naudo
Naudo URL format : wss://ocpp.naudo.be/ocpp/{identity}
If the brand screen asks for a protocol, choose OCPP 1.6 (JSON / WebSocket).
Steps
- Open Supervision config (remote supervision / OCPP).
- OCPP Version = 1.6 (JSON).
- Paste Supervision URL, Box identity and Authorization key (information provided by Naudo).
- Apply / save. The charger reconnects to supervision.
- Online confirmation from Naudo.
Note
Do not confuse with EVlink Home, often without an owner CSMS URL — outside this guide.
How you know it worked
- You save or reboot the charger in the brand tool.
- The charger connects to Naudo (often within a few minutes).
- Naudo confirms the charger is online, or you see it after a Start / Stop test on a booking.
Easee, Tesla Wall Connector Gen 3, Ohme and Schneider EVlink Home: no owner CSMS URL to paste as below — those chargers stay outside this procedure (manual mode or another path).
