This guide shows where to paste, in your brand’s portal or tool, the three values Naudo sends you. Nothing to configure in the Naudo app.

Installer app, cloud portal or local web page of your brand — OCPP / Backend / CSMS / Backoffice / External server menu.

If the brand screen asks for a protocol, choose OCPP 1.6 (JSON / WebSocket).
Steps
- Open the OCPP / Backend / CSMS / Backoffice / External server menu in the manufacturer tool.
- Paste the URL, Identity and password (information provided by Naudo).
- Protocol OCPP 1.6 → save → reboot if asked.
- Ask Naudo for online confirmation.
Note
If the tool only allows the manufacturer cloud (no custom URL), this charger does not follow this guide.
How you know it worked
- You save or reboot the charger in the brand tool.
- The charger connects to Naudo (often within a few minutes).
- Naudo confirms the charger is online, or you see it after a Start / Stop test on a booking.
Easee, Tesla Wall Connector Gen 3, Ohme and Schneider EVlink Home: no owner CSMS URL to paste as below — those chargers stay outside this procedure (manual mode or another path).
