If the brand screen asks for a protocol, choose OCPP 1.6 (JSON / WebSocket).
Steps
- Launch ACE Service Installer and connect to the charger.
- Connectivity tab.
- Under Back office, choose Manually enter Backoffice settings (not an Alfen or other operator preset).
- Enable a Network Profile (priority 1), protocol OCPP 1.6 (JSON), then paste URL, Identity and password (information provided by Naudo).
- General tab: Customer Ident. number = Naudo Identity.
- Save and reboot if asked, then Naudo online confirmation.
How you know it worked
- You save or reboot the charger in the brand tool.
- The charger connects to Naudo (often within a few minutes).
- Naudo confirms the charger is online, or you see it after a Start / Stop test on a booking.
Easee, Tesla Wall Connector Gen 3, Ohme and Schneider EVlink Home: no owner CSMS URL to paste as below — those chargers stay outside this procedure (manual mode or another path).
